- can be requested until the end of the third week of instruction period at latest
- you need to fill out the relating request form (from the first week of instruction period you have to get it signed with the course director), then submit it to RO
- the decision about the request is made by the Educational Committee (for further details on its rules see the Code of Procedures of the Educational Committee): the Educational Committee makes its decision based on individual review about every late course registration or late course dropping request
- late course registration can be allowed after the third week of instruction period only in case of extraordinary circumstances
- in case of positive decision the RO registers the course in the student’s course list in Neptun after the student paid the procedural fee in Neptun
